Wheat, Wheat Products, Milk, Milk Products, Sulphites
i. Mix Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend for 1 minute at 1st speed.
ii. Scrape down the mixture.
iii. Blend for another 3 minutes at 2nd speed.
iv. Add in Group 2 and mix for 1 minute at 1st speed.
v. After that, blend for another 3 minute at 2nd speed.
vi. Deposit 110 gm of batter into greased muffin pan.
vii. Bake the muffin 185°C ± 5°C for 35-38 minutes.
Sugar, Wheat Flour, Modified Starch, Vegetable Oils (Palm Based), Leavening Agents (E500, E450, E341), Non Fat Milk Solids, Permitted Emulsifiers (E481, E471), Salt, Milk Protein, Permitted Flavouring, Flour Protein, Thickener (E466)
